1. What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and password (stored securely hashed). If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email from Google. You may also add a profile photo or pick an avatar.

2. What you do on ClassySweeps

We keep records of your activity so the service works: messages and images you send in support chat, your game activity and coin balance, notifications sent to you, and referrals you make or use.

3. How we use it

We use your information to run your account, answer support requests, send notifications you have allowed, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and device storage

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember preferences such as message sound, and track referral links.

5. Notifications

If you allow push notifications we store a subscription token for your device so we can send them. You can turn them off in your browser or phone settings at any time.

6. Sharing

Your information is visible to our admins and support agents. Other players only see your display name and avatar, for example on the leaderboard. We share data with service providers that host or deliver the service (such as hosting, email and Google sign-in), or where the law requires it.

7. Keeping your data

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed for support, security and legal reasons.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure. Keep your password private and do not share it in chat.

9. Your choices

You can update your name, photo and password from your profile. To ask for a copy of your data or to have your account deleted, contact our support team through the in-app chat.

10. Age

ClassySweeps is for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continuing to use ClassySweeps after a change means you accept the updated policy.
